products or services. Like educational tools and ICT tools.

for the future will be present since because there is a way for the possibility
of something new, while creating a platform for growth.
Company culture
can also evolve as a learning community that welcomes change rather than
fearing it. As we know it, man is resistant to change.
However, if
misapplied, disruptive innovation can be a threat to the existing one.
